• Create a project plan with specific action steps, timeline and regular check-ins to be your accountability partner.
• Assist with detailed work, communications, checklists, organizing financial & legal documents, closing out digital accounts, handling subscriptions and any amount of paperwork and project management needed. 
• Partner with your Estate Planning Attorney and Financial Advisor to execute needed detailed work on your behalf.

We make it easy! Take the burden off family members and identify potential maintenance issues. Mitigate risks and prepare a home for being unoccupied.  

• Initial written assessment of the home to identify any immediate maintenance issues and understand overall condition of the home. 
• Make recommendations on any maintenance, delayed repairs or potential issues with the home and create action steps to manage property going forward
• Perform a series of proactive maintenance steps to secure the property from unwanted or unauthorized access, including lock changes
• Return equipment, replace system filters, install lighting timers, etc. 
• Contractor access, quality assurance and oversee any needed repairs
• Personal property coordination: single point of contact for estate cleanout & estate sale partners, real estate agents, furniture donations, appraisers, junk removal, etc.  

Often homes in transition often need servicing to get it ready and avoid problems that happen with unoccupied homes. 

• Project management for work estimates, contractor access and supervision
• Maintaining a property maintenance schedule for landscapers, snow removal, lawn care, pest control, and other regular on-site contractors
• Working with various contractors to get service and repair estimates, creating property manifest and approval
• Oversee contracted work to ensure work is completed to specification and quality control
• Assistance with boxing items for moving/removal

  ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

Weekly checks assure the home's systems are functioning properly and the property is free from pests, squatters or vandalism.

• Complete electronic checklist and report with time-stamped photos, notes on the condition or concerns, notification of anything requiring attention
• Test water systems, flush toilets, ensure no leaks
• Check all mechanical systems
• Verify the interior and exterior property is in proper working condition
• Visual inspection of interior and exterior for pests, damage and verification landscaping or other work has been completed
• Pre- and Post-Storm checks
• Start / run automobiles
• Certified, Accredited, bonded and insured with the National Home Watch Association

All services are private pay, we do not accept insurance and are not health care providers. Packages are available with a number of service options based on your individual situation and needs. Packages are paid upfront and can be paid by via ACH, Venmo, PayPal or with credit card. 

PACKAGE OPTIONS INCLUDE: 

• Two, 1-hour intake sessions, either in-person or virtual with Executor/PR
• Organizational checklist to prepare for intact meeting
• Project Plan with estimated timelines, needed action steps and responsible party
• After Loss Administrative hourly support to execute asks outlined in Project Plan 
• Access to our pre-vetted preferred provider list and referral recommendations for any service providers you might need
• Initial Home / Property evaluation and condition report
• Regular Home Watch visits, including oversight of property maintenance
• Coordination of Estate Cleanout, Estate Sale and other property-related providers
• Additional services include attending meetings with Estate Attorney, CPA/Tax Preparer, Financial Advisor and other service professionals supporting the family
