Our President, Andrea, is a vacation homeowner, serial remodeler, real estate investor and organizational guru. She is a Certified Home Watch Professional, a Member of PALS- Professionals of After Loss Services and Certified Feng Shui Consultant with decades of experience in home building & design, project management, trust, insurance and financial services, marketing, client service project management for commercial clients, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.

Our Story
Like many businesses, our services were born from personal challenges. First losing both my parents and as a result, owning a home several hours away requiring a confidential, reliable caretaker.
My path started by sitting alongside my dad, an architectural enthusiast, at a drawing board designing houses. He was a small-town attorney who also taught me about estate planning and the meaningful way it helped families. When I learned of the emerging of After Loss Professional industry, I knew this was something special and got involved right away.
Those early days at the drawing board resulted in a passion for home building, design and Feng Shui, the ancient art of energy flow in a space. I truly believe we bring good energy, organization and alignment to all aspects of work for our clients. A professional journey in client services and marketing in wealth management and insurance provided additional insight into the complex needs of families and high net-worth individuals.
Home Watch Madison was founded to make people's lives easier by combining my superpowers of strategy, home design, organization and client service.
Our goal is to provide the peace of mind that elevated personal and home management services to discriminating owners and families after the loss of a loved one.
