HOME WELLNESS CHECKS  / HOME WATCH

Regular Home Wellness checks are how we make sure your home and property are in proper working condition and your investment is secure.  We do a complete visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. After each visit, you will receive a link to a secure, web-based inspection report including GPS location, checklist of completed items, time-stamped photographs of any areas of concern and notes from the Technician. Each homeowner and property are unique, with services are tailored to your needs. Typically, Home Wellness Checks are done weekly.

We put it in writing. Next you receive an electronic Service Agreement and a data-secure profile to capture all the information needed to service you, pick a start date and go!

Each time we visit your home, you get a cloud-based, secure report with photos and a detailed list of all the items checked. Should anything need attention, we let you know right away. At the end of each month, you are invoiced for the work completed and pay online.

We keep an extra key in our safe for a property.  It is that simple. It is your peace of mind in case your keys are lost, stolen or you have a need to have a key with a trusted person. 


Keys are often held as back-up, for one-time access, for properties in transition or sometimes 

on behalf of elderly clients. You pay once a year, we keep it safe. 

Data Ingegrity, instant reporting

Do you want to hand your keys and alarm codes over to just anyone? What safeguards does a neighbor have? When you share your valuable data, you need to know it is safe, encrypted and won't fall into the wrong hands. 


HWM uses HomeWatchIT a cloud based reporting  software, which allows your trusted Technician to easily report immediate and potential issues. You can download the report at anytime, from anywhere in the world.
