A HOME MANAGER takes care of everything so you don't have to. Home Management includes creating an annual maintenance calendar, scheduling service providers, coordinating estimates and contractor oversight and access. We proactively plan, schedule and take the burden off of you.

Working with each homeowner to understand their needs, we also do home organization, inventory and shopping as well as full property turn over services when you leave so your home is ready for you when you return next.
While you are away, we do regular home watch inspections to check on all of the property's systems and ensure everything is in proper working order.
We are happy to work with your contractors or leverage our preferred provider list and decades of working with tradespeople, including marine contractors. Your lake and luxury home specialists.
Certified & Accredited Home Watch ServiceS
Snowbirds, part-time residents or homeowners in real estate transitions get peace of mind from regular home watch inspections. We inspect your home inside and out while you are away and report back our findings in a digital report, complete with photos, comments and action items. We are the only Certified & Accredited Home Watch Provider in Madison & Middleton, WI.

If you are in Middleton, Maple Bluff, Waunakee, Westport, on Lake Mendota or Lake Monona, we provide seasonal Home Watch Services on a weekly or bi-weekly basis.
