HOME WELLNESS CHECKS  / HOME WATCH

Regular Home Wellness checks are how we make sure your home and property are in proper working condition and your investment is secure.  We do a complete visual inspection of the interior and exterior of the property. After each visit, you will receive a link to a secure, web-based inspection report including GPS location, checklist of completed items, time-stamped photographs of any areas of concern and notes from the Technician. Each homeowner and property are unique, with services are tailored to your needs. Typically, Home Wellness Checks are done weekly.

SERVICES FOR HOMES IN ESTATE TRANSITION

Taking care of a home after the loss of a loved one can be overwhelming.  We are experts in working with families to take the very best care of a property in an estate transition. We offer a full range of services from lock changes, installing light-timers, arranging estate cleanouts to overseeing maintenance and providing Certified Home Watch Services.


We collaborate with your estate attorney, executor or the person in charge of a home during a transition. 


We also assist family caregivers who are overseeing a move to assisted living or other type of facility. 

After Loss Experts

We have specialized training to assist families in transition from PALS - Professionals of After Loss Services in addition to being Certified and Accredited by the National Home Watch Association. Our team members have been through background checks, are bonded and insured to give you the peace of mind you deserve.

Key Holder Services

We keep an extra key in our safe for a property.  It is that simple. It is your peace of mind in case your keys are lost, stolen or you have a need to have a key with a trusted person. 


Keys are often held as back-up, for one-time access, for properties in transition or sometimes 

on behalf of elderly clients. You pay once a year, we keep it safe. 

How do services work?

We can work on an ongoing basis or a one-time project. Either way we provide a written estimate / scope of work based on your request. Minimum engagement is four hours/month and can be combined with Home Watch Services.

If you simply need a few hours of our time, we will create an estimate / agreement for you to sign. One-time projects require a 50% deposit. Ongoing clients are billed monthly.  Pick a start date and go!

Ongoing clients receive a monthly report with individual reports for large projects. One-time or occasional project clients receive electronic reports when the project is complete.
