Our Principal, Andrea, is a vacation homeowner, serial remodeler, and real estate investor. She is a Certified Home Watch Professional and Certified Feng Shui Consultant with decades of experience in home building & design, marketing, client service & corporate events for commercial clients, high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals.

My Story
Having experienced the challenges in finding a confidential, reliable resource to ensure the safe operations of our second home, I saw the need for a home watch & concierge service in the greater Madison area.
Like many—the pandemic brought my desire to be working in my purpose of what I love—working with people and their homes.
Busy professionals understand the value of a personal Concierge and with the increase in vacation home ownership and long-term travel, it made perfect sense to align my high-end client-service background with my passion for real estate by providing Home Watch Services.
Our goal is to provide the peace of mind that elevated personal and home management services to discriminating owners, removing the hassle and effort needed to manage a remote residence and simply tackle the demands of professional's busy lives.

Jeff Finck, Co-owner
With more than 25 years of experience in the building products industry, Jeff knows his way around a property. Jeff acts as the lead home watch technician, specializing in lake homes and marine equipment.
Together, Jeff & Andrea have built and remodeled multiple homes, installed piers and lifts and maintained multiple types of watercraft from paddle boards to yacht-class boats.
